[TYPO3-templavoila] After upgrade to TYPO3 4.3.0 css include broken

I tried that, but it didn't made a difference. The css File is still  
outputted as regular text. After looking throw my setup.txt I (see  
http://pastebin.com/mf8daacb ), I found that the setting "css2TempFile" in  
the GTMenu was set to "1". If I set it to "0" it works fine.

So is this a bug of GTMenu or a bug of Templavoila?
