[TYPO3-templavoila] Templavoila icon in filelist

you don't need filelist anymore (though we didn't dropprd the icon there)

In TV module, template files you now see all you need. You also can 
configure the folders with tempate files now:

mod.web_txtemplavoilaM2.templatePath = templates,my_site,special

these folders must be in fileadmin
