[TYPO3-templavoila] Templavoila icon in filelist

Hello NG,

After upgrading TV to 1.4.1, the TV icon in the file list module has 
dissappeared. I found this way of creating TO+DS the fastest. Is there a 
reason this icon has dissappeared, or am I missing some checkmark 
somewhere :)

Thanks for all your good work! TV is such a nice feature.
