[TYPO3-templavoila] TV 1.4.X issue

I had the same issue. I upgraded from TV 1.3.x to TV1.4.x and ran into
unserializable problems. Switching templatemapping back to mediumtext did
the trick.
I'm running a MySQL Server with 5.0.83 and utf8_general_ci.

Any ideas how to fix this problem other then using mediumtext?
