[TYPO3-templavoila] New Page Assistent deny choosing layout

Hello list,

i do currently have a problem.

I have users which should not have the chance to change the layout of a 
page, that's why i disabled the ds and to fields for these users.

But in TYPO3 4.2.6 with newest TV from TER the user can simply click on 
the new page icon over the page tree, then he/she gets the complete list 
of page layouts ;(.

Is it possible to disable this layout selector?
