I didn't want to wait, so I found the solution.

The original code is all OK. It was just my problem.

I didn't like the csc-firstHeader that is addded by default. So I 
removed it from configuration. The problem is, that it loads register at 
position 3 and then restores it at 98. But, I removed 3 from 
configuration, leaving 98. Therefore, restore register was called too 
many times (twice instead of once) wiping off the rightContentEmpty value.
