[TYPO3-templavoila] Why does TV re-link the stylesheet to a copy in typo3conf ?

Hi ...

When i create  new site with TV at some point the original stylesheet in the
fileadmin/templates folder gets unlinked and instead the site uses a copy of
the stylesheet in typo3conf, names sth like: stylesheet_c1b8f235fb.css

I don't understand this .. In the header parts selection i still see the
original link to the stylesheet ....

Why does this happen ?

How do i stop it from happening ... I want to use the original stylesheet
linked to my template html file ...
