Hello Francois,

Although an unmap button would be clearer, it is currently possible to  
unmap a previously mapped element without remapping the entire DS.

Click the Ch.Mode button on the element you want to unmap. On the next  
screen, change the action selector box from the current mapping type  
to the blank entry at the top of the selector and then hit "set." The  
element will then be unmapped and you can save your changes.
