[TYPO3-templavoila] change order of section elements in TV 1.3.6

hey dmitry,

it's like a déjà vu ...
the TYPO3 core again and bugs again ...

so, that means with the new TYPO3 core (4.2) I have no chance to sorting 
my section elements of a FCE?
