Well, I would be happy to help and resolve it but this is not really a TV issue. TV does not process TS. And flexforms are not specific to TV because any extension can make flexform and use it.

If such support is ever built, it will be in TYPO3 core. I would search for corresponding feature request (and post if it does not exist) if I were you.

I understand your feelings. I struggled with the same problem once or twice too.
