[TYPO3-templavoila] Writing DS id as default to every page

Sorry, I just realized I sent this without a subject so I am resending.

Is there a way to have TYPO3 write a value into the DS field of every
new page.

For instance, if I  had a data structure with an id of 15 and I
wanted every page to have that DS assigned to it by default, how
would I do that?
