[TYPO3-templavoila] Get rid of the bad concept used/unused elements?

But there is no option to disable it from simple editors.
It would be very easy to disable it.
* disabling tab
* changing 'unlink element' as real delete element
* disable list view from simple editors
That is really simple to implment
