[TYPO3-templavoila] TCAdefaults doesn't work with Wizard

userTs:

TCAdefaults.tt_content.sys_language_uid = -1 has no effect when using 
the Wizard in TemplaVoila.

TCAdefaults.tt_content.header = someHeader works well.
