I don?t know, why I can?t find this very helpful documentation.

At this time i see how important it is, to set first
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['forceCharset'] = 'utf-8'; in localconf.php fileI did 
so later and I must all special characters in content replace again.Now 
everything works - thanks - Thomas Weber
