I deleted all files from me_templavoilalayout under typo3conf/ext/.
But drag'n'drop doesn't work!?

Don't know what's wrong with my DS Code!?

I read the manuel twice but can't find something about be layout!?
Just under "Upload comments" -> New features: (1) access control for DS/TO 
(2) integrated me_templavoilalayout
But how to use it is nowhere discribed!?
