[TYPO3-templavoila] Permission problem

Hey,

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. I think you need to give 
him access to the Template Storage folder - where your DS and TO is 
stored. Click "Web" => "Access" => "Template Storage" (or whatever your 
sysfolder is called) and give him or his group the correct permission.
