[TYPO3-templavoila] frontend form for fce

hi group,

is there a possibility edit / create fces on the frontend. that means a 
form should be provided that lets the user input the data (just as it is 
done on the backend).

e.g. to let the users enter the benchmark results of their machines in 
an fce.
