[TYPO3-templavoila] feature suggestion

a added a minor feature suggestion to the bugtracker i think it's a
minimal change but afterwards the system is much easier to explain to
redacteurs.

in short: it should be possible to select a default to in a ds because
otherwise users have to save the page record twice when the ds
changes(1x save ds, 1x save to). in the meantime the page displays a
templavoila error wich is hard to explain.

so i think adding a default-to would avoid this and will help to keep
the pages consistent.
