[TYPO3-templavoila] localization - languageField [All] in FCE

Hi,

based on Kaspers Localization Guide I have one questions about the 
language for new FCE's

I work with content_fallback and hideNonTranslated on Typo3 V4 and TV 1.0.1

So normally the FCE is created for the Default-Language and in most 
cases I have to set the language of the CE to "[All]" ...

Is it possible to improve that step so that the CE is by default created 
with this language-setting?
