Yes, you need to manually remove all below:

>                     <TypoScriptObjPath>lib.myObject</TypoScriptObjPath>
>                     <eType_EXTRA type="array">
>                         <objPath>lib.myObject</objPath>
>                     </eType_EXTRA>

It will be fixed.
