[TYPO3-templavoila] TV very start, difference IE and Firefox

If you need to change the template - you need to remap even if you don't 
change anything "important". Best way to do this if you haven't changed any 
element container's is to simply go in and save ("Save And Return") the 
template on the first screen of "Update Template Mapping".

The CSS is a browser issue most likely - just do a forced reload...
