[TYPO3-templavoila] TV very start, difference IE and Firefox

Anyway I keep having some problem with changes to the template and 
stylesheet.
Is it possible to make changes to the stylesheet and the original 
template file after the html template has been mapped. The problem is 
that I do not see those changes in the rendered page.
For example; I only want to change the color of something in the CSS 
file. However the original color still comes up. Does TV cache the html 
template and css during the session? If so how can I clear that cache.
Bit puzzled?
