Firsts, you should not use old page module with TV. Most likely they 
will not properly together.

It seems like you fall into "translators" mode for some reason. Check 
what languages you can use in your user record. There should be *no* 
checkboxes checked in the user record.

Since you work as admin, you will not see these checkboxes by default. 
You need to do it using another admin user. Deleselect 'Admin!' in your 
user accound and see what is checked in "Limit to languages".

You may also want to check all your user groups.
