[TYPO3-templavoila] Multilanguage templates

I get strange chars when fetching UTF-8 strings from locallang.xml.

- locallang.xml is in UTF-8
- locallang.xml has <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes" ?>
- everything else works fine (using forceCharset = utf-8).

Please advise.
