[TYPO3-templavoila] DS: Access value set in a field in another field via TS

Hi all,

I created an FCE that includes twice my own ext. They both need the same 
variable which i only want to set once.
How can I access the variable set in the first field in the TS of the 
other fields?

Or can I set a global TS-Variable?
