[TYPO3-templavoila] language_overlay doesn't work for me with TV

Hi,

yes, everything works as expected, I was just a bit confused that it 
didn't work when I changed the DS just in the local processing of the 
TO. Where exactly is the difference? Why do some changes work and some not?
