[TYPO3-templavoila] CEs in FCEs are not shown anymore in 1.0

Hi Robert,

ok, now I found the error.
In the field "tx_templavoila_to" of the "page"-tabel there are entries
("18") which don't respont to any TO.
But don't ask me, where this mysteryous "18" comes from!?!

So, I replaced this "18" with an "0" and everything is fine now!
