Well, I managed to make connection with "ext" method but it requires
public/private key generation, ssh login to SF to register keys, etc. I
had to have Putty auth agent running all the time in system tray. And
CVS worked very slow from Zend studio using this method. So I gave up
and switched back to Eclipse :) If Zend releases its studio for Eclipse
with a normal price, all other similar products may simply die :)
