[TYPO3-Solr] "created" timestamp not converted to DateTime on indexing

Hi,

I'm running EXT:solr 2.8.3 and TYPO3 4.5.32 and when indexing pages solr
solr is returning the following error

SEVERE: org.apache.solr.common.SolrException: ERROR:
[doc=5b39a239fa9173829217883435cbbdfdf14d4669/pages/654/0/0/0,1] Error
adding field 'created'='1269177073'
at
org.apache.solr.update.DocumentBuilder.toDocument(DocumentBuilder.java:333)

so it seems that the created timestamp doesn't get handlede by the
fieldprocessing. Anyone experienced this before and can point me to a quick
hint or a solution?
