[TYPO3-irre] IRRE sample data cannot not be installed twice

So ignoring the sample data I tried adding my own and when I create a 
hotel record and then try to create an offers record I receive an 
internal error:

Can't seem to get anything to work.  Is there a required php version or 
has T3 4.1.1 broken some things?  I am running php 4.3.2.
