[TYPO3-irre] IRRE sample data cannot not be installed twice

Hello all,

I was trying to test out the IRRE tuturial with T3 4.1.1 and it does not 
  allow me to import the sample data.  I do the import and it gives me 
the error "IRRE sample data cannot not be installed twice!"  So I say 
uninstall sample data and it states that there is none installed.

Has anyone else encountered this?
