[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] Can not use extension_builder clone of today

Hey guys,
I'm not able ot use the current exension_builder...

On first save I get an error file could  not be written to 
typo3conf/extEmconf.php since the template would have been found. The 
only thing which then had been created is the json file withinthe news 
Extensions folder.

Any further save also is rejected with error message "pibase Extension 
with this key found".

Any Ideas?
