[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] Lost modifications when resaving extension in roundtrip mode (0.9.0)

Just to be exact:
The token is
## EXTENSION BUILDER DEFAULTS END TOKEN - Everything BEFORE this line is 
overwritten with the defaults of the extension builder

but there is a compatibility check, that also detcts the old form 
(Starting with ## KICKSTARTER DEFAULTS END TOKEN)
