[TYPO3-doc] Now TSref: latest, 6.0

Here is:

There an extra "request_rebuild" for the 6.0.

Christopher, could you - for both of them - 

* fill in the metadata in the Settings.yml again
* add two manual links "latest Version" and "Version 6.0" on the
front page as a workaround for now?

That could be a workaround for
http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/CoreApiReference/
http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/CoreApiReference/4.5/

as well.

BTW, in the conf.py of 4.5 there had been an error. It was
pointing to the masters source, so the wrong Settings.yml would be
picked. It's corrected and rerendered now.
