[TYPO3-doc] More reorganization

It occurred to me that I had better ways to spend my time than move all 
these minutes around ;-)

I just restructured the Forge wiki page [1] a bit and pointed to the 
TYPO3 wiki for older minutes. Christopher had already added a link the 
other way round, so I think it should be okay this way.
