[TYPO3-doc] Online editor - maybe with Sphinx support by end of april

Hi,

maybe you remember the online ReST editor [1].

It currently lacks sphinx support, but a online tool might be a cool 
addition after moving to ReST.

The author now responded to the open ticket and said he will try to do it by 
the end of April [2].

Having sphinx support in the second half of the year would fit out schedule 
quite well, wouldn't it?
