[TYPO3-doc] Release Notes in the Wiki

Hello Michael,

the mantis-link is fixed now.

these are the new cats, subcats of "ReleaseNotes":
[[Category:ReleaseNotes/TYPO3_4.0.x]]
[[Category:ReleaseNotes/TYPO3_4.1.x]]
[[Category:ReleaseNotes/TYPO3_4.2.x]]
[[Category:ReleaseNotes/TYPO3_4.3.x]]

I moved all the pages to their new cats, just the last two of each
branch are in the main list.

Now it looks very clearly arranged:
http://wiki.typo3.org/Category:ReleaseNotes
