[TYPO3-doc] Release Notes in the Wiki

Hi folks,

I have just finished the Wiki pages for our new latest versions:

http://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3_4.0.12
http://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3_4.1.10
http://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3_4.2.6

There seems to be a bug however: If you scroll down to the "ChangeLog"
section you can see the following header on all pages:

| link to mantis bugtracker - example #8207

Even worse: The example links to a different bug ID (#4202)!

Can someone fix this please?

Additionally, I think that the category page is getting bigger and
bigger: http://wiki.typo3.org/Category:ReleaseNotes

Here I would like to see the most recent versions of every release
branch in a separate section. If it is too difficult then this could
also be done manually, of course...
