Well, I thought "shy" would really mean "schüchtern" here, and was meant 
a bit funny by Kasper (because a piece of software can't be schüchtern).

Anyway, I think neither diskret nor schüchtern should be taken, but we 
should aproach the problem differently:

  What are shy extensions?
  -> Shy extensions are the only extensions installed BY DEFAULT
  -> They are very important core extensions which many other extensions
     rely on.

I'd propose: "Standardextensions".

So I'd translate the string "Display shy extensions:" as 
"Standardextensions anzeigen".
