[TYPO3-commerce] commerce 0.9.6 and stockhandling (commerce_ext or com_defaultstock)

Hi Ingo!

shame on me, i've forgotten to turn on
plugin.tx_commerce_lib.useStockHandling = 1.

I had only specified it for each pi

plugin.tx_commerce_pi1.useStockHandling = 1
