[TYPO3-commerce] commerce 0.9.6 and stockhandling (commerce_ext or com_defaultstock)

We are currently working on a system where commerce and com_defaultstock 
is installed and it's working pretty good. Have you activated the 
stockhandling in TS and Extension COnfiguration?

I don't know, what exactly commerce_ext is doing and how it's working 
with the PDF invoices. So, maybe the original author could help you.
