your problem is due to url-rewriting:

what you want is a .htaccess file in the root directory of your civserv-installation containing the following two lines:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule   ^[^/]*\.html$  index.php

or - if you have more than one site running in your main webfolder:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /root_dir_of_typo3_civserv
RewriteRule   ^[^/]*\.html$  index.php
