[Typo3-civserv] URL's where not found

Hello,

I installed the civserv extension and database according to the manual of
the Wirtschaftsinformatik der Universität Münster, so far so good. In the
back-end everything seems to work well,  in the front-end the homepage is
diplayed but all the sub pages are not found. The problem here is that the
URL's are found in this format
http://localhost/civcerv/217+M58200f730e8.0.html instead the normal format
so I have seen on the demo website
http://wi-vm15.uni-muenster.de/217.0.html?&tx_civserv_pi1[mode]=service_list&cHash=ab4c177248,
both URL's should be linking to the Anliegen A-Z pages.
I wonder what the problem is? I hope anyone can tell me. The installation is
made on TYPO3 3.8beta2 but on the TYPO3 3.7.0 the results and the problems I
had where the same. I'am working on a Wondows W2K installation MySQL 4.0.23
and PHP 4.3.3 on IIS 5.0

Any help is welcome I think this is a perfect extension which I want to use
for our city websites.
