[TYPO3-caretaker] Register an Operation correctly?

I think that I have misunderstood the concept of how Caretaker works, 
seems like the VersionControl Operation is not needed. Seems like the 
two files in caretaker_instance/classes/ is the only one needed..

Correct me if I'm wrong.
