[TYPO3-caretaker] Request Session Token failed

Hi!
I have installed caretaker instances on several installations on one web
server.
One single installation fails all test, reporting:

Any idea why this happens? Tried different RSA-keys, but still the same
problem.

TYPO3 4.4.10 running on Apache/2.2.11 (FreeBSD) mod_ssl/2.2.11
OpenSSL/0.9.8e DAV/2 PHP/5.2.10 with Suhosin-Patch

Hoping for any suggestions as this is really strange...
