[TYPO3-caretaker] Services/test not registered in TYPO3 4.4

Tests have a GUI interface and an instance interface. The services 
provide the tests on the GUI interface.

The manual says to install caretaker_instance first, but you must 
install caretaker first. If you now just remove and reinstall 
caretaker_instance the test will be available.
