[TYPO3-caretaker] New commit - Please check your installations

Hi,

I just commited a revision 28861 of caretaker. I made some changes to 
the extension configuration. I introduced namespaces to it.

As effect of this change, all paths of the current config options 
changed! Please check your installations!

I also introduced some new switches to turn notifications on and off. 
By now, only the CLI notifications are enabled by default.
