[TYPO3-caretaker] Some notes about recent changes

The last commit brought some changes which need some administrative attention.

1. We use the lock mechanism coming with 4.3 no to prevent overlapping cronjobs. Therefore 
you have to make shure that the cli-php user has the rights to write to typo3temp/locks or 
you specify an appropiate locking mechanism.

2. The last results of each node is now stored in a special table additional to the logs. 
That requires cache clearing and ext-db updating but improves read performance a lot.
