[TYPO3-caretaker] Changed wording "Unsecure Extension Text" >> "insecure Extension Test"

Hi folks,

yesterday thomas fixed one of my spelling mistakes and changed the name of the "Unsecure 
Extension Text" to "insecure Extension Test". This also includes the key for this 
test-service and so you have to reassign the testtype after updating and clearing the caches.

I'm sorry for the inconvinience but caretaker is'nt even alpha yet so i think we 
definitely should do such changes now.
