✔ renamed classes and path from extdirect to extjs
✔  extracted stateful extjs tree to own layer
✔  extracted TYPO3 specific stuff from t3lib_tree_ExtJs_Node and moved it to 
t3lib_tree_NavigationTree_Node
✔  extended t3lib_tree_ExtJs_Node to fulfill the ExtJS4 NodeInterface
✔  moved Interfaces from t3lib/interfaces/tree to t3lib/tree/interfaces
✔  added Interface for Record Based Nodes and changed classes accordingly
✔  added Interface for RenderableNode, will replace "Representation Node"
✔  replaced usage of Representation Node with RenderableNode, deprecated unused/duplicate Code

➜ small rest refactoring of general API
➜ make the TCA-Tree Stuff more general so that the logic could be used for every tree based on 
databases (ie. VIDI :P)
